Job Description
- Serve as Shift supervisor, lead and supervise own production team : HSBC , PA9T , KAC's production line.
Principal Accountabilities :
- To take full responsibility for the shift in terms of staff management, production management, and quality targets, ensuring the smooth running of the production processes.
- To take full responsibility for the product’s quality which is under its own responsible shift to be in line with the company quality systems, processes, and procedures.
- To ensure that HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) rules and regulations are in line with the companies HSE policy.
- Monitor, measure, and report on production performance, general issues.
- To support for Major plant shutdown and shutdown maintenance include solving the immediate problems about emergency plant shutdown.
- Serve as the site leader after normal business hours and Incident Commander or Incident Operations role in an emergency situation.
- To take full responsibility for a safety work permit approver that needs to be clearly understood between the area
owner and the worker before work begins and followed to safety complete the work.
- Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting staff to execute Basic Equipment Care (BEC).
- To work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective.
- Coordinate with the team to accomplish goals of improved production, quality, and yields.
- To have an active role in the companies continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
- Ensuring company resources are used effectively to ensure optimization of operating costs.
- Make appropriate decisions align with the company's organizational structure.
- Maintaining a high level of timekeeping.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualification :
:
High vocational certificate in Petrochemical or related field.
: Ability to solve immediate problems.
: Well English communication (oral and written)
:
Leadership skill.
Experience :
- Minimum 10-year experience
related to operation function with minimum of 3 years as a shift supervisor.
- Experience in
Polymer / Petrochemical manufacturing is preferred.
- Extensive experience with
reactor,
distillation, pumps, and instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with DCS control systems.
- Incident command experience and trained
for emergency situations.

Experience in start-up grass-roots plant including pre-commissioning & commissioning work
would be advantaged.
