Qualification:

• Male / Female  Age 25-38 Years old.
• Bachelor's degree of engineers, technicians, senior engineer or relevant equivalent educational experience is preferred
• Several years of experience in Technician or Maintenance task
• Analytical skills, problem solving, willingness to learn, Initiative, flexibility, good communication and intercultural competence.
• Technical understanding
• Good English communication skills and basic project management knowledge. (Foreigner Boss)
• Good computer  skill ( Word, Excel )

Job Description:

• Conduct regularly of maintenance, repairing tasks on equipment/machineries and report.
• Maintenance equipment of automation line (Batteries assembly of Vehicle).
• Support the installation and relocation of equipment (e.g. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.) according to guidelines
• Eliminate/have eliminated breakdowns (e.g. process breakdowns, etc.) in machines and fixtures
• Adjustment machineries/tools for product specifications
• Implement maintenance, repair and overhaul work on equipment / systems as specified.
• Spare parts management for maintenance
• Implementation and documentation of changes or corrections to machine controls and machining programs as well as parameterization with preparation of the respective data sheets as specified.
• Execution and documentation of checks for correct operation (e.g. mechanical, electrical, etc.) and test runs for equipment / systems.
• Compliance with and / or observe all relevant processes and work instructions in the area of responsibility.
• Collaborate to ensure information flows within the involved departments and to supervisors.
• Identification and elimination (as specified) of vulnerabilities and development of proposals for improvement measures for equipment / systems.
• Ensure the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards and implementation of countermeasures in case of deviations and improvement potentials.
• Establish spare parts and wear part requirements, dispose parts purchases.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Manager/Production Manager
• Other the assignments of a supervisor.
