    Service Quality Management

    Physical Cash, E-Channel Service, and Cheque Service

    (Position: Senior Manager or Assistant Vice President)

    Focused Areas:

    1. MIS Dashboard Management
    2. Key Issues/Key Follow ups Integration (Department Level / Division Level)
    3. Resource Management (Budget/Cost Controlling)

    Job description and skills required:

    • With alignment to division/department direction, leads creating/defining of leading and lagging indicators, including with measurements for tracking and monitoring all service performance.
    • Ensure developing, consolidating, and reconciling content of MIS Dashboard for key services.
    • Supervising preparation of information for management level to team.
    • Support the PMO with consultancy and ensure bringing issues to team and management attention by appropriate time.
    • Develop periodic and ad-hoc reports/papers with concise, accurate, and illustrative designed e.g. Monthly Dashboard, Cost Productivity Improvement, Budget Management Report, KPI Report, etc.
    • Ensure effective budget planning and budget utilization for BAU (business as usual) and projects.
    • Perform strong conceptual thinking, analytical skill, and problem solving.
    • Results oriented with strong attention to detail.
    • Positive personality and productive team worker.
    • Ability to build & manage strong customer relationship at all level.
    • Able to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside the control.
    • Perform strong presentation skill both written and verbal.

    Qualification:

    • Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Economics, or related fields.
    • Perform strong Advance Excel with large data dimension is a PLUS.
    • Ability to practice advance analytical programs as required.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.

    Note: Advance Excel: Pivot, Array Formulas, Automate Functions, Data Cleansing, etc.
