Job Responsibilities:

• Improve customer service satisfaction levels
• Recruit, train and retain staff
• Ensure the workshop meets/exceeds manufacturers set KPI.s for our market region
• Maintain discipline
• Ensure Fixed Right First Time by means of quality checks
• Check  reports regularly
• Check cash outstanding regularly
• To ensure the department operates smoothly in a efficient and profitable mannor

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality age between 38 and 48 years old.
• Minimum 10 years experience in both sales and marketing area in automotive business with proven performance and recognized achievement in managerial level.
• Ability to analyze forward marketing trends and align this into the long-term strategy.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skill.
• Be a result and after sales leader, entrepreneurial and hand-on in style.
• Working proactively and independently.
• Strong leadership, confident and mature personality with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English as well as computer literacy.
