1. Deeply understand the company's service concept and carry out after-sales customer reception in strict accordance with the GWM standard service process requirements;
2. Accompany customers in a timely and enthusiastic manner, confirm and accept the needs of users, and coordinate resources to provide service plans;
3. Analysis and manage customer files, understanding customers' potential service needs, and establishing good customer relationships;
4. Familiar with basic vehicle knowledge, functional operations, symptoms and solutions of common malfunctions, and user communication skills;
5. Deep understanding of the company's service products;
6. Proficient in using the company's order-receiving and billing systems and other system tools;
7. Communicate with customers and confirm the maintenance plan, cost composition and other information, and be responsible for the settlement of the vehicle;
8. Follow up the user' s vehicle maintenance progress and control the maintenance time, confirm maintenance quality and vehicle delivery standards to ensure timely delivery of vehicles;
9. Complete accurate/compliance audits of work orders every day, the inventory of vehicles at the factory every day, and understand the current progress of each vehicle;
10. On-site or remote assist users in handling accident cases, assist in follow-up damage assessment, maintenance, claims, and settlement of accident vehicles;
11. Skilled vehicle driving skills, provide users with the service of picking up and sending users' cars to designated locations;
12. Responsible for receiving customers satisfaction execution and daily customer complaints.
