Responsibilities:

• Execute process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, and optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans.
• Lead in the evaluation of field and plant surveys by collecting pertinent data including best practice recommendations.
• Build relationships with associates, our construction divisions and plants to identify savings opportunities, development of cost effective solutions, and follow through implementation.
• Develop plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to innovate existing processes.
• Collaborate with Leadership, identify stakeholders and interview staff at all levels of the organization.
• Works with business units to develop standard operating procedures, documenting workflow and process steps.
• Identify key organizational change management and training needs that recommended process redesign will have on a business unit.
• Develops tools and methods to track and report relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• Works with team leaders to prepare charters and agendas.
• Coaches team leaders in effective team dynamics and leadership.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or another appropriate discipline
• 2-3 years of experience preferred in Process Improvement/Project Management.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project streams efficiently and diplomatically in a high-pressure, complex environment.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills and Fluent in both English and Thai
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
• Must have knowledge of Salesforce admin or Microsoft Dynamics admin
• Analytical mind with strong quantitative skills and confidence with data-based decision making

Preferred Qualification:

• Previous experience in or knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience in Wrike, Hubspot, AWS, PowerBI is added advantage
