Job Description


  • Hardware installation & implementation
  • Identify and find solutions to hardware issue
  • Provide technical support in troubleshooting and problem- solution on hardware level
  • Major in HP,IBM or Dell server and storage trouble-shooting and maintenance
  • Provide consultation about computer hardware in server and storage
  • Responsible for monitoring, investigating and handling incidents/cases
  • Escalate unresolvable cases to L2 team in professional way
  • Documentation of technical knowledge in manual and sharing
  • Able to be onsite service in Bangkok and upcountry
  • Able to arrange several issues in the same time
  • Maintain good relationship with customers


Ideally, candidates should have more than 5 years of experience in similar capacity and possesses the following:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ Science or related discipline
  • Experience in Infrastructure Technology
  • Strong in HP Server and Storage hardware configuration will be an advantage
  • Be a quick learner in acquiring new system skills and work with new technologies 
  • Capable of using operating system: Microsoft Windows, Unix, ESXi are preferable
  • Proficiency in solving computer hardware related issues for IBM, DELL, EMC
  • Able to provide step by step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Strong senses of customer service and team spirit
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
  • Able to perform after office hour standby and support
