Job Description

Reporting to Head of Seller Services, you will be responsible to 2 job scopes;

Technical

  • Use technical expertise to address business teams’ inquiries
  • Handle technical requests via phone, web, and email support channels
  • Effectively test and troubleshoot technical end user and system components, including:
    • Lazada Open Platform API
    • Lazada DataMoat Security Service
  • Maintain SLAs and properly document tickets and support issues appropriately
  • Act as a liaison between Lazada sellers and product team to manage the resolution of technical issues
  • Escalate issues to escalation teams as necessary, driving the issue to resolution
  • Resolve all technical questions associated with general seller operation in onboarding process
  • Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze performance. Comfortable with crunching numbers
  • Design intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, to drill down on certain challenges where tools or services can help drive business or solve issues. Provide conclusions and advice based on data analysis
  • Conduct UAT and prove that the tool/system meets major architectural requirements, including:
    • Writing test cases
    • Executing test cases
    • Opening bugs
    • Verifying bugs

Business - Service Marketplace

  • Responsible for Service Marketplace ownership and strategy. Initiative new relationship and maintain existing ones with service providers on Lazada Service Marketplace
  • Plan and strategize new services or service providers to assist sellers and their operations. This includes onboarding new service providers and devising marketing plan.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis

Job Requirements

  •        1+ years of technical support experience
  •        Strong knowledge in SQL/database
  •        Proficient in Excel reporting (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
  •        Strong analytical/thought process
  •        Detail-oriented and present logical analysis. Out-of-the-box thinking is a plus
  •        Passionate about e-Commerce ecosystem and overcoming challenges
