Report to: Quality Manager

Position Summary:

• To manage the quality problems of parts, supplier quality improvements and assess the quality risk of suppliers that will affect the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the quality of parts from both local and foreign suppliers based on supplier management systems.
• Maintain supplier audit plans and all problems were effectively closed.
• Analyze and evaluate the quality risk of suppliers with constant protection.
• Collaborate with the team in the factory to analyze the basic causes of quality problems that are caused by parts.
• Use the system to report quality problems to suppliers and follow-up corrections.
• Manage parts quality improvement and improve the supplier's quality system
• Achieve the company's goals or better in supplier management
• Supervise and manage subordinates effectively 

Authority:

• Supplier PPAP Approval

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Engineering
• Automotive Industrial experience is a must
• Prefer 8+ Years in Quality Function and at least 5 years in Supplier Quality
• Working experience in Stamping and Welding Supplier
• Experience to work with Tier 1 is first priority to take a look

• Good command in English

• Outstanding to utilize Quality Management tools
• Good management skill
• Self-Management

• IATF16949:2016 Requirements, Internal Auditor
• Management/Supervisory skill
• Finance for non finance manager
• 5S
• Quality Policy & Related Quality System Procedure and work instruction APQP/Process review/ FMEA/ Control Plan/ PAP/ SPC/MSA/Kanban
