Senior Software Engineer

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of working experience in Software development
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
• Ability to work as a team, flexible, proactive, focus on objectives with high standard and quality
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Specific Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in Java programming
• Strong knowledge in Web Technologies, prefer Java servlet/JSP Technology, Spring boot framework, Hibernate etc.

• Ability to apply other software development technologies including React JS, GIT, Docker, TTM, JIRA Software

• Strong knowledge in SQL programming, prefer MSSQL Store procedure
• Ability to review source code of other junior/peer developer and apply good practices.
• Ability to identify root cause of software issue and develop necessary correction/improvement
• Strong both verbal and writing communication skill
• Ability to lead small development team
• Ability to work under pressure to hit deadlines of project timelines without sacrificing quality in the design and coding
• Good team player

Advantage Qualifications: 

• Throughout understanding of enterprise level in designing and implementing application
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery
• Tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, Liquibase, Log4j, and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Experienced in Scripting skills in common languages (Shell Script, Powershell)
• Spring MVC, Spring Framework, ORM Framework
• Experienced in managing developer team who work from other co-locations on the development scope assignment.
