The Senior Service Sales Engineer responsibility is to maximize services and solution on our installed base customers to ensure non-disruption on their business. This includes service contract as well as on demand such as battery and spare part. In addition, also propose the digital and advance services. The candidate will be taking care the targeted accounts, develop the account plan to growth customer business.
Represent Schneider/APC for after sell service. Be able to presume, established and develop relationship with customers. Good in planning and develop strategy to support assigned account. Be a trusted advisor to customer and have good knowledge of products and components life cycle.
