Job Description

The Senior Service Sales Engineer responsibility is to maximize services and solution on our installed base customers to ensure non-disruption on their business. This includes service contract as well as on demand such as battery and spare part. In addition, also propose the digital and advance services. The candidate will be taking care the targeted accounts, develop the account plan to growth customer business.

Roles:

Represent Schneider/APC for after sell service. Be able to presume, established and develop relationship with customers. Good in planning and develop strategy to support assigned account. Be a trusted advisor to customer and have good knowledge of products and components life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned Accounts
  • Customer qualification and platforming (Customer identification)
  • Identify and develop opportunities for short, medium and long term
  • Research contact and identify/plan key initiatives
  • Be the Single Point of Contact for the assigned accounts and represent customer internally
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customer
  • Report & forecast on orders and sale of accounts
  • Meet daily goal for sales visit to support existing customer base and identify and pursue new opportunities with existing accounts. (CAP, Customer Account Plan)
  • Develop cross-selling between Line of Businesses service offer
  • Quote and close the deal for standard services offer including maintenance agreement, battery & spare part replacement.
  • Good knowledge of data center and critical facility be able to offer advance service such as assessment and multi-vendors maintenance contract.
  • Keep update the data of Installed Base of the customers 

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Experience 5 to 7 years in field service of critical power and cooling including precision cooling system (single and 3 phases UPS, precision air conditioning, monitoring software, etc.
  • Experience in critical power service sale is preferable.
  • Business understanding on mission critical facility
  • Technical knowledge of critical power and cooling is preferable
  • Good command in English
  • Soft skills: sales oriented/ results oriented/ daring/ passionate/ team player/ organized/ resilient/ voice clear & understandable/ engaging & enthusiastic
  • Flexible to travel with assigned area.
  • Experience with customer development plan (selling plan) is an advantage.
  • Have installed base and customers networks is an advantage (IT and/or power field)
  • Digital mindset, familiar with social network and connected service
