Job Duties:

• Plan and manage account to achievement target both of sale and distribution.
• Present new product, promotion and activity plan to trade.
• Manage expense align to budget.
• Negotiate for maximize opportunity with good relation.
• Analyze information for increase sales.
• Optimize the trade term spending with responsible accounts.
• Analyze the market trends and sales performance for overall improvement in order to be competitive in the market.
• Daily follow-up sales figures vs. the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out of in account assigned or distributor.
• Make regular store visits in line with the route plan to ensure effective implementation and timely solutions for in field operations problems; check FIFO (First-In & First-Out) at the store level and ensure that merchandisers will do it regularly in order to avoid aging problems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Modern trade account / Traditional Trade Channel or experience in managing distributors and direct accounts.
• Experience in FMCG Sales / Stationary Category is a must.
• Strong sells skills combine with excellent negotiation skills.
• Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
