Responsibilities:
- Assisting in leading the sales team and overseeing the day-to-day sales activities of corporate customers (international).
- Directing sales and training and monitoring administrative tasks.
- Leading the specific team members overseeing markets (Corporate Size) in implementing action plans and in accomplishing goals set forth in the marketing plan.
- Searching for new clients which have the potential to use the company's service.
- Making sales calls, visiting and reporting the movement of clients, sharing strategies and new experiences with the sales team and preparing weekly and monthly marketing to reach the sales target.
- Launching packages and promotions to potential clients, both overseas agents and land operators.
- Working according to the hotel policy and following the marketing and strategic plan from the Director of Sales and Marketing to reach the target.
- Taking care of potential clients for hotel inspections.
- Age not over 35 years old.
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel agency or other relevant service business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written abilities in English.
- Good sales and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Creative and self-starter, goal oriented and well-organized.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office.
- Strong consultative and relationship management skills.
