Job Description

Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Senior Regional Sales Manager for Northern Area.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving regional performance achievements through the effective management of a Field Captain, Area Supervisors and PCs.
  • Managing & controlling - monitoring & tracking performance.
  • Monitoring achievements on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Increasing and maintaining brand awareness to counter other brands.
  • Studying, analyzing, and providing business strategies in regional markets to maintain and increase profit.
  • Managing associated targets and the achievement of targets.
  • Supporting partners’ area sales representatives: building and maintaining good relationships with partners and store managers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor‘s Degree in any field.
  • Aged not over 35-45 years old.
  • Experience of 7 – 10  years in a Management team.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to travel upcountry.
  • Passion with people development, loves new technology.
