Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as a 360-degree Consultant, we are looking for the high potential Consultant/ Senior Consultant who can acquire the new business and build strong relationship with our key clients with providing first class service level.
• Identify the potential client within the targeted market industries. Understand the market trend, deeply knowledge in each market segment and able to share the market information to both clients and candidates.
• Understand the customer requirements and able to find the best solutions for them. Sourcing the talent and make sure that they are fit for the targeted role.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment circle.

A fast-learning person who love to meet people and expand the professional connection. Passion in recruitment industry with ability to work proactively and independent. We also need the team prayer with high energy and well organized. Fluent English competency is a must. Ambitious and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skill.
