• Understand client requirements
• Meeting with clients to introduce company services.
• Developing relationships with clients, building business for company.
• Evaluate resumes and applications
• Source candidates using company databases and job search.
• Responsible of pre-screening and arrange face to face interview.
• Ensure deliver quality service to clients and achieve targets that has been set. 
• Attending exhibitions, networking and other ad-hoc events.
• Have experience in recruitment agency industry.
• Have experience to do 360 role
• Good attitude and mindset for achievement. Team Player.
• Good command in English
• Prefer to have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
