  • Senior Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of Customer Service agents who support customers. Senior Quality Assurance Officer will monitor inbound calls, email responses and other assigned work to assess representative’s demeanor, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. Collect and inform all information to develop, create and implement call center quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.

    As Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you’ll …

    • Monitor and evaluate calls agent’s performance using quality assessment framework
    • Analyze complaints/escalation from customers and customer satisfaction score, and provide both corrective and preventive actions
    • Work very closely with CS stakeholders and data with the objective to improve the quality of customer experience

    What we’re looking for …

    • Bachelor degree in any field
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience from BPO or Call Center, Quality Assurance/Audit Background will be a huge plus
    • Good command of spoken and written English
    • Intermediate level of excel skill
