Senior QA.Engineer (3 positions)

RROLES & RESPONSIBILITY, AUTHORITY.

1. In Process Quality Control for SMT and Box Build Production Lines, capturing deviations from standards (internal, customer, and IPC standards) and report the discrepancies in according with the company none conforming control procedure.

2. Review material quality issues and work in liaison with the production and IQA departments to ensure the material quality issues are addressed and resolved. 

3. Follow up for closures of ICARs and customer complaints.

4. Conduct Line Patrol audits to ensure that both SMT and Box Build production processes are conducted in according with the set procedural guidelines in regard to ESD counter measures.

5. Create the required Inspection Procedures, Work Instructions and check sheets for existing and newly developed products.

6. Regularly monitor the performance of IPQA and OQA operators and equipment through MSA & Gauge R&R.

7. Implement and monitor SPC for critical processes.

8. Lead the team of ISO 9001; 14001 internal auditors (as required).

9. Handle customer and relevant approving bodies planned audits.

10. Ensure that all Measuring and Monitoring equipment are suitably calibrated to acceptable standards.

11. Ensure that all approved engineering changes are implemented within the required time frames.

2. Participate in Continuous Process Improvement Activities as required.
