Responsibilities:

• Advice and  provide support to PM team to ensure all repair & maintenance, modification and renovation works being done accurately according to engineering
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with the terms of the contract; required standard; meet agreed timeline and complete within the agreed budget
• Supervise and monitor PM Manager (Engineering) & Park Management Manager to maintain all property in good conditions
• Provide assistance to VP - Property Management with day to day operations and tenant relationship, monitor all tenants’ requests and administration of maintenance services
• Review and summarise information of inspection report, renovation list and BOQ of all vacant assets under management of PM Team and work in accordance with Asset Manager to consider on property improvement.
• Provide advice & support to PM Team to ensure all the works follow or comply with rules and regulation of related Authorities and/or Industrial Estates
• Monitor and manage all PM documentation, records and information system to ensure all are in well-organized filing system and efficient
• Estimate and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analysing variances, data and expenditure
• Review all PM work process and other workflow which involve PM Team with other departments, to ensure all working process are effective and functioning in accordance with Company KPI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in property management
• Practical skill in MS Office, able to use AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SAP is preferable
• Excellent customer centric and strong interpersonal / communication skills
• Able to work independently and deliver results under scheduled timeline
• Proactive, self-starter, strong problem-solving skills
• Good in English communications (writing and speaking)
