Responsibilities:

• Manage the Property Investment Management function on the due diligence of transactions, preparation of investment recommendations, asset management of investments, responsible for modeling and analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities and existing portfolio assets, and work directly on a large portfolio of highly diversified real estate investments covering various property types and various capital stack
• Lead of the investment process including evaluating new markets and investment opportunities, monitoring property investments in markets both of Thai and Global
• Provide analytical and asset management support on a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate equity and all debt investments, develop strong relationships and effective lines of communication with colleagues and third parties (including joint venture partners, property managers, leasing agents, finance investment, and all stakeholders)
• Assist with financial, market and property level due diligence, prepare detailed investment, valuation, and asset management analyses for potential and portfolio assets, and prepare executive summaries and other communication
• Conducts financial analysis of investment opportunities and provides input to senior leaders regarding actions to mitigate risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Investment or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in investment management, preferably in real estate, finance analyst, stock analyst, institutional asset management, REIT, fund manager, private equity or investment banking in senior level 
• Operationally hands-on with data searches and evaluations of large amounts of information, performing complex statistical analysis of the data, and preparing concise and accurate reports and written/oral recommendations to senior management
• Knowledge and understanding of finance investment management, asset management, capital markets, compliance or risk management
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders in a collaborative environment without direct organizational authority
