Senior Project Manager

Scope of Work

Understand the construction processes to bring the resources available to people, money, materials and facilities, performing the task effectively and to achieve the desired goal by choosing the method and the management; planning, organizing the work, supervising and operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Directing the team throughout the project to achieve predetermined objectives and satisfaction of time, cost and quality
• Coordination and control of planning, design, contracting and construction
• Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Manage the construction schedule in an effective and efficient manner
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as specifications
• Managing and monitoring the construction documents, ensure the documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Day-to-day management of the site
• Review the project on a daily basis to ensure that the work is being done as it should be
• Overseeing quality control
• Preparing construction reports
• Reviews site safety plan and job safety analysis in accordance with safety objectives, carryout safety inspections during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in civil engineering and/or technical construction
• Minimum of 10 years experienced in Project Management, Construction Management and 15 years for Senior, providing services to building, property, high rise and low-rise building, condominium, hotel & resort etc.
• Understand both the design and construction methodology and processes
• Excellent problem solving skill
• Have strong project management experience construction methodology, construction management
• Good to Excellent English and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team as projects dictate
• Strong communication skills and understanding of the end user
