• To lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated vaccine marketing strategy to ensure market readiness and launch excellence with effective resource allocation and team collaboration to deliver business objectives
• To deep understanding of the brand, the vaccine industry, how to effectively engage HCPs as well as drive consumer awareness, and identify market opportunities for the product
• To lead and collaborate with other functions to ensure new product launch excellence and to drive cross functional alignment
• To monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customers’ feedback to generate new product ideas, to meet customers’ needs and unmet needs.
• To work with Medical Affairs and Training Managers to ensure sales team are capable to execute case-based approach and other specialty care skill set
• To execute Multi Channel Marketing (MCM) as part of better sales force effectiveness and HCPs’ engagement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and MBA will be a plus
• At least 5 years pharmaceutical industry commercial experience dealing with KOLs, HCPs or HCEs including at least 3 years in product management
• Vaccine experience will be advantage  
• Have a solid and proven track record of achieving business results
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas to internal partners and external customers (verbally/written)
• Strategic planning, analytical thinking, initiative
• Problem-solving and decision making
• Ability to drive cross functional alignment
• Fluent command of English both written and spoken
• Be able to travel 20% of time within/out country
