Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for Planning in Electrical Insert products.
- Liaise with Customer support and internal departments to ensure all products are shipped to customer on time.
- Supervise/Support planners and planning staffs to follow the WI and update document after improvement.
- On time reporting (weekly plan, daily plan, unconfirmed order).
- Follow up to close the unconfirmed orders and late orders.
- Support Asst. Planning Manager and Planning Manager to reduce planning working step and focus to achieve department’s KPI.
- Fully responsible for check and request all materials to support production follow the assembly plan.
- Liaise with VS team to request a special material or critical item and provide an estimated material timeline to planner.
- Analysis a critical material for Big order and provide a partial material delivery Plan to VS team.
- Review and suggest an alternative material including issue an NCR to support an urgent demand.
- Work with Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering to ensure BOM are released on time. Urgent request must be share to stake holders and closed follow up with all members.
- Review and check over issue from production including quick action to request material in urgent case, if there are any effected with production plan
- Maintain & review master data in system and update an information in ERP to generated correctly accurate report to Top management.
- Support Asst. Planning Manager and Planning Manager to investigate and resolution of delivery issues including provide a preventive plan to up level.
- Support Asst. Planning Manager and Planning Manager to improve planning method and reduce manual work.
- Support Planning Manager to create and finish all improvement project to achieve department KPI as OTD, % Material shortage, Confirmed order LT and pending Un-confirmed orders.
Qualifications:
- Complete education of in Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Engineering or Business Administration or any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Planning or related function.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office effectively. Familiarized with ERP system & concept.
- Strong communication skills in English both Writing and Speaking.
- Attitude for excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvements.
