Job Description

Our client is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.

  • Handling project planning (time schedule, costs, and tasks), task assignments, and supervision to the team members.
  • Monitoring HR team daily basis including payroll administration and calculation, employer’s tax compliance, provident fund maintenance, leave management, and handling all HR labor cases.
  • Managing and developing the HR team to ensure quality, smooth, and effective HR operations.
  • Performing audit activities.
  • Age 35-40 years old and have at least 3 years of experience at HR management level.
  • Excellent skill in using Microsoft Excel (Pivot/V lookup).
  • A person having leadership skills, self-motivation, and a service mind.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Experience with Outsourcing industry is advantage.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law.
