Job Descriptions:

1.) Manage packaging development and improvement projects to meet client and company requirement 
2.) Lead and work for development of new packaging materials and machine including Packaging Innovation & Sustainability to OSP
3.) Leading packaging validations for new packaging materials and machines. Ensuring that packaging meet requirements and specifications
4.) Lead for Key/Focus projects in term of Packaging development Ex. Cost saving, Process Improvement.
5.) Coordinating with marketing, production, supplier, OEM and all functions to support customer specific requirements
6.) Develop and execute test methods, validations and protocols for packaging related developments and projects
7.) Coaching 1 or 2 Executive packaging to align with team and company policy
8.) Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1.) Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology or related field
2.) Experience in packaging development at least 5 years.
3.) Expert in packaging material.
4.) Experiences in Food safety Ex. FSSC 22000, GMP and BRC will be an advantage
5.) Demonstrable proficiency in Illustrator skill program is needed
6.) Knowledge and understanding of packaging design validation standards (ISO, ASTM)
7.) Good understand Innovation process , way of working and R&R.
8.) Expert in MS office program.
