Provide Technical counsel and Support Promptly
  • Customer Escalation Support(Technical) for entirety TSE touch points.
  • Provide the report by daily/weekly/monthly based on report scheduled.
  • Perform onsite/online technical investigation and consultant at service center

Conduct product quality monitoring and provide report as required.

  • Service Repair Transaction
  • Consumer: Online, SNS and Risk Sensing Report
  • Product inspection and product return
  • Ad-hoc onsite support and customer’s visit (B2C, B2B)

Conduct parts usage analysis for repair process improvement

  • Optimize parts usage by deep detail analysis with action and follow up
  • Enhance component repair level by deep analysis with action and follow up

Manage UPC(Used Parts Returned) inspection & audit process  

  • Audit : Inspection Vendor and Service Center
  • Monitor/Manage : Regular monitoring the result and inspection vendor mgmt.
  • Result / Action : provide the investigation result received from vendor to  SVC partner

Support technical support team for repair process / equipment management

  • Conduct Repair tools/jigs tracking (asset control, calibration, audit) by schedule
  • Conduct onsite audit for technical process as received the result from technical analysis report (parts usage, UPC inspection result, product quality, voice of customer on technical)
