Job Description

  • Provide support for Managed Network & Security service & project
  • Perform network operation service, incident, problem, request and change management for all managed network and security devices such as WAN, LAN, Wireless, Firewall etc. for managed service customer
  • Provide advanced technical consult & support, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and security problems.
  • Perform preventive network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • Manage and review network performance for improvement.
  • L2 support for support team to resolve technical issues


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related fields
  • Experience 3-5 years in implementations and maintenance IT infrastructure
  • Experienced in implement, operate & maintain, support of WAN, LAN, Wireless for products Cisco, HP, Aruba etc.
  • Experienced in implement, operate & maintain, support firewall such as Fortigate, PaloAlto etc.
  • Network Certificates CISCO CCNA, CCNP
  • Security Certificates FortiGate NSE4 etc.
  • Experience in monitoring System such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Managed Engine, Zabbix, What’s up Gold etc.
