Job Description

  • Creation of engaging content for a range of marketing collateral including, brochures, websites, adverts, white papers, social media, newsletters and emails to create awareness and develop the show/project’s brand.
  • Implementation of digital marketing strategy. This includes, but not exclusively, email campaigns, PPC advertising, social media and other digital channels 
  • Maintenance of websites using the CMS system
  • Tracking the effectiveness of all marketing activities through Google analytics and ROI per channel.
  • Maintenance of the project’s mailing list and ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws.
  • Assisting the team with internal and external marketing initiatives including exhibitions, seminars, round tables, client events and conference/speaking opportunities
  • Collation and presentation of market research, product and competitor information relating to the show’s portfolio.
  • Working closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure all content produced according to project’s schedules.
  • Establishment of clear selling messages to highlight show’s benefits to target market.

  • Aged above 28 years old.
  • Qualified to at least degree level in a Marketing, Business or related subject 
  • Experience delivering marketing activities and campaigns in a professional services capacity
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Articulate in oral, written and visual presentations
  • Clear understanding of the complete marketing process
  • Ability to provide an interpretive response to a customer’s position
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box, when required
  • Creative writing
  • Experience in SEO/content driven marketing
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing software and/or website CMS
  • Proven track record in delivering positive ROI
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple work streams in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexible approach to workload and working hours 
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel 
  • Confidence to liaise with colleagues at all levels within the company, with strong interpersonal skills
