Job Description:

  • Manage multiple projects for many clients, which involve the implementation of medium and broad conceptual knowledge in project management, in order to ensure successful delivery of projects in regard to the desired outcome and objectives.
  • Manage day to day operation of change management in relation to the project plans, as well as undertake appropriate action to address the issues which may occur during project period to ensure agreed deadlines are met adherent to scope of project, timeline and all the requirements that were agreed upon.
  • Manage partner to ensure deliverable with quality within agreed delivery timeline.
  • Assist in developing change management plans to ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption. Maintain network with key partners to ensure optimal benefits regarding dealing with partners.
  • Perform dynamic resource allocation for assigned projects to enhance resource utilization, and maximize effectiveness of cross-divisional project delivery. Responsible for operation readiness, on assigned projects, and also keep record of technical documentation to ensure that the new developed solution will perform efficiently and smoothly on operation environment.
  • Continuously transfer knowledge in regards to project management within and among the working teams to improve project management performance, resource and budget management capability Implement best practices and methodologies in project management teams, including monthly governance, metrics, quarterly portfolio reviews and annual budgeting, to achieve desirable project results
  • Responsible for project sign-off in assigned projects to ensure completion of project within project scope, timeline, and other requirements that were agreed upon
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level


  • Have skill set related to IT project management
  • Strong leadership, analysis, negotiation, presentation, and communication skill
  • Telecommunication business knowledge is preferable
  • Automation and AI/ML implementation knowledge
  • Strong Partnership and Vendor Management skill
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to deal with people from all level ranging from senior management to officer
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good attitude, problem-solving skill, and able to work under pressure
