Scope of this role
HRBP is an internal consultant providing an enabling business support role. HRBP is a trusted partner and working with leadership team on medium to long term objectives
HRBP provides generalist HR expertise to client group, own the client relationship and provide the “voice of the employee” back to respective Center of Excellence (COE)
team
Key Accountabilities
Contribute to the business strategy especially people strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organization capabilities, behaviors, structure, and process
Manage and develop full spectrum of human resources, compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy, all including benefit & welfare, HR administrations, employee relations,
human resources development, performance management and reward & recognition programs
Provide expert consultation across range of HR issues to design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
Support Line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirement in line with the functional / business strategy
Being a change agent and linkage between employee and manager in the responsible areas
Work closely with all Ananda’s employees to ensure that people tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and eventually improve their performance
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies, and understand for future improvement
Roll-out performance management process organization wide, educate line managers and employees in performance management processes, objective/ goals setting for effective performance

Lead Performance Improvement Program and implementation process, to support line managers and employees on individual performance development goals
Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate Ananda’s reputation as a great place to work
Provide performance coaching and counselling support, as well as facilitating line managers and employees on the agreed developmental actions
Drive the Company’s culture in creating a Great place to work for our employees and fosters an environment where employee behavior is aligned to our values
Be an ambassador for the function and represent Ananda’s HR internally and externally
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or any related fields
Minimum 10 years
working experience in various human resources functions
Knowledge of general human resources, human resources management, human resources development and organization development
Posses some experiences in Organization Development and/or leading Human Resources projects would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement
High emotional intelligence and Interpersonal Savvy
Strong Communication, negotiation skills, positive attitude, and able to influence all levels of employees
