Our client is multinational professional services company to provides services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations is looking for "Senior IT Recruiter" position to join their company.
Location: Work from home
• Responsible for a small to the medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing
regular status reports
• Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities
• Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to policy
• Responsible for contract management and post-offer management
• Act as a single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting-related questions and concerns
• Administer referral process of applicants
• Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
• Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools
• Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment in IT Business
• Thai Speaker with Good - Fluent English communication
• Immediately available or within 2 weeks’ notice is preferable
• Salary negotiable
