Project Leader to lead a team of Developer and Support Engineers, delivering business critical projects whilst maintaining high morale, managing the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met as advised by management. 

Assists with various Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Works with Developers and Product Managers to plan activities for cross-functional teams. Assists with developing timelines, tracking progress, developing status reports for multiple projects and Sprint iterations.

Job Description:

• Supports team with user story definition, backlog refinement/ grooming, and Sprint planning.

• Administers JIRA projects, including managing workflows, Kanban/ Scrum boards, etc.
• Takes input from the Engineers to develop and maintain the detailed backlog.
• Develops and maintains detailed project milestone schedule/ timelines, release schedules, LOE estimates, and projects costs.
• Maintains project action item lists and follows up with owners to ensure closure and progress on items.
• Identifies and communicates risks and helps facilitate resolution.
• Tracks and follows up with stakeholders and or Delivery teams.
• Develops and shares communications decks, executive summaries, and provides support on maintaining documentation for various other needs.

Job Qualification:

• Proven experience of IT project lead
• Proven ability of tackling challenging projects
• Experience in full software development life-cycle from design to deployment
• Experience using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work well under pressure, flexible, positive & focused during times of change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good interaction with internal clients.
• Have knowledge of Insurance and Investment will be advantage
