Job Duties
• Planning and managing the recruitment process with the team to try to get the right
people for the organization
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Orientation for new employee
• Design, Implement, Improvement on Learning/Training need, plan, roadmap and
make sure the training is along to the plan
• Continually develop, maintain HR policy and procedures, and ensure employees
comply with the regulations
• Involve with the annual evaluation process (Bonus and Increment)
• Monitor and improve employee engagement through Employee Surveys or any other
channels
• Ensure our communications engage our diverse workforce, celebrate success, and
recognize and thank our colleagues
• Generate a variety of reports as requested (training, turnover, surveys, recruitment or
other related) and utilize data for process improvements
• Drive other special projects where needed
• Maintain and updated organization chart
• Co-ordinate on employee benefit & employee activities matters
• Others assigns on the HR related
