Job Description
Job Purpose
Senior E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for assisting the ASICS Asia Pacific E-Commerce Manager with ASICS (Thailand)’s website analytics and front-end operations (content management, merchandising, customer service etc) to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for the E-Commerce, marketplaces business in Thailand.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the website platform management on a daily basis across all channels for both Thai and English sites
- Ensure functionality of all e-stores on a daily basis
- Reports and analysis on E-Commerce KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities as per local and regional needs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the execution of E-Commerce activities
- Handle customer enquiries and helping customers to resolve issues regarding the online stores and offline queries regarding the various brands
- Work closely with regional HQ/SQ on brand adherence and alignment on local activities
- Work with IT team and vendors to troubleshoot website issues in a timely manner
- Work with Logistics and Operations Team to ensure smooth order and returns management
- Work with Merchandising Team on product information preparation and upload and housekeeping management
- Work with Marketing Team on marketing activities preparation, marketing assets management and execute activities on e-marketplaces
- Work with Finance Team on timely refunds management
- Actively participate in special project and testing such as in the areas of UI/UX enhancements, social commerce, third party collaborations etc.
- Competitor monitoring and analytical compare.
Job requirements
- Degree of Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Thai only, not over 35 years old.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience with e-Commerce site operations in the areas of front-end store online operations, website reporting and customer service
- Experience with marketplaces management a major plus eg. lazada, shopee.
- Experience with web analytics (preferably Google Analytics) a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and formulas
- Fluent in Thai and English written and oral
- Avid online shopper across various brand sites and marketplaces in the region
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
