URGENTLY REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

•  Day to day management of online marketing activities and identify a clear plan to achieve the goal
• Manage the budget to reach the goal (at least 600,000 monthly)
• Build and manage a team
• Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy for customer on all the major platforms on Facebook, Google AdWords, and Email marketing
• Oversee the implementation of campaigns, online and offline marketing
• Identify marketing opportunities by developing existing go-to-market strategy, marketing initiative, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses
• Plan and execute for customer development with the team
•  Work closely with top management

Qualifications:

•  3-5 years of experience in online marketing/advertising
• Strong working knowledge in A/B testing
• Strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix – Email, Content, Social & Affiliates
• Experienced in online marketing tools that assist online marketing jobs such as email marketing, google analytics and CRM
• Be able to manage a team
• Be able to find a solution precisely
•  Good computer skill, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote
•  Experience with SEO would also be an advantage
•  Experienced in Fitness/Gym/Health care business is preferable.
•  Must be a DO-er

55,000 - 70,000 bath/month
