Position Overview :
Managing all marketing for the Innisfree and activities within the marketing department
Responsibilities :
1. IMC
- Developing the marketing strategy for Innisfree which is in line with business & communication
objectives
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Overseeing the marketing budget
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Overseeing the production of online and print marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
2. Digital
Planning & execution of monthly MKT plan for monthly campaigns - mainly in charge of ON communication channels. In charge of following channels:
- Media: plan, run&report for SMS, Facebook Ads/Google Ads/YT Ads/Ads Network etc
- Digital MKT activities: SEO, Website, App, etc
- Report of MKT activities
- Running SNS implementation
- EC & Brandsite MKT performance setting & management: search, affiliate
Necessary Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
- Extensive experience in marketing communication, agency communication and global
company(communication with HQ)
- Expertise in planning integrated communication campaign and local product launch
events
- Knowledge and sense on cosmetic market and trend
- Accurate budget planning & campaign management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strategic thinking and approach
- Highly collaborative personality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities & different cultures in English
- Possesses sense of style, image, and diplomacy which permits manager to perform
successfully communications professional in a storing supporting role
- Willingness to travel for work
