About the role
The Senior Digital Experience Manager role has oversight of the marketing and technical aspects of the current websites, intranet as well as any future website projects. This includes ensuring the website and the intranet are operating at an exceptional level of efficiency and that innovation is built into daily work. As a member of the Marketing Department’s leadership team, the Senior Digital Experience Manager has oversight of the digital team as well as various vendor and agency relationships and serves as an integration point between the Marketing, Operations and Programme teams.
The Senior Digital Experience Manager will oversee the strategy for The Cabin’s website, thecabinchiangmai.com and setting the strategic direction for the development
and maintenance of content, information architecture, design and user interface. The position is also accountable for SEO (search engine optimization) and SEM (search engine marketing), in partnership with dedicated vendors, to ensure content optimization
and to drive traffic to the website and increase sales qualified leads across our specialised programmes.
The role also includes oversight of evaluating B2C and B2B digital strategies, plans and campaigns in line with organisational objectives and KPI’s working closely with other marketing team members along with a wider range of stakeholders within the business.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the candidate will work closely with all teams within the marketing department to ensure the success of the speciality villages,increase lead quantity and quality across all the product mix, Paid Advertising channel conversion (Google Adwords, Social, etc) and the advancement of The Cabin’s brand strategy. Line management includes 4 direct reports: Head of Social Media, Content and Production, Digital Project Manager, Assistant Campaigns Manager, Sr. Wordpress Developer .
This position is based in Mae Rim, 45 mins from Chiang Mai, Thailand (daily shuttle from Chiang Mai is provided).

Currently, we are seeking a Clinical Outreach Manager who will be responsible for maintaining our existing addiction professional referral network, as
well as expanding this network, both locally and internationally. Referrers may include counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, interventionists and directors of mental health facilities. Professional referrers will also come through our existing network
of outpatient centres, as well as from international sources external to The Cabin Group.
