Senior Business Planning Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitutes and any related regulations applying locally
• Being accountable and responsible for safety
• Ensure true and fair reporting of financials via monthly closing process.
• Variance analysis of actuals, rolling forecast of advertising and promotion budget, control of budget given.
• Business case simulations and ROI analysis -> Innovation projects, activation campaigns
• Resource allocation, portfolio management
• a) Produce monthly SKU / Brand P&L
• b) Able to use SKU/ Brand P&L to drive right conversation on value creation, improving margins for organization, advice Marketing Director to re-deploy resources to right brand
• Support business decision making by leading brand profitability analysis, financial evaluation for new initiatives (NPDs), pricing analysis, etc.
• Supervise Business Planning Manager to manage and drive company’s agenda
• Drive process improvement projects and other ad-hoc project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, corporate finance, economics or related fields
• 7-10 years experiences in from FMCG industry
• Good communication skill, good time management and strong problem solving and decision-making
• Good analytical thinking and judgment with business mind
• Has background in supervise team member
• Good command of English
• Has background in SAP
• Computer literacy
