    Key Responsibility:

    1. Develop and update all the consumer insight, consumer engagement funnel to strengthen bran equity by assisting Marketing Manager in the strategic planning of yearly brand plan. Includes:
      1. Plan the total and by channel brand strategies.
      2. Project management of key projects in collaboration with Sales, Trade marketing and Supply.
      3. NPDs (New Product Development) and EPDs (Existing Product Development) exploration with alignment of Innovation team.
      4. Gaining key insights from data and market visits and applying it strategically in practice.
      5. Suggest Campaign ideas that can be used in ATL/BTL media such as TVC, Digital, School and hospital sampling campaigns.

     

    1. Contribute for development and execute strong brand plan to ensure business achievement result.
      1. Domestic EPD/NPD – ensure smooth launch of NPD in all aspects (ATL/BTL and 4Ps) to be in line with Launch Recommendation.
      2. Drive growth in Ecommerce.
      3. Project management of other key projects.
      4. Track performance of all activities closely.
      5. Present to Lead team for certain projects in monthly marketing day.

     

    1. Analyze the market monthly to look for opportunities/ threats and recommend action plan.
      1. Market Share – Monthly Nielsen analysis of category and competitors.
      2. 4P tracking – collaborate with trade marketing to understand competitor’s monthly activities.
      3. ATL/BTL media tracking – collaborate with agency on competitor’s activities.
      4. Present findings and action plan to Lead team in monthly marketing day.
    1. Financials
      1. Own the Brand P&L to deliver plan NR and GM.
      2. Own the marketing spends to ensure all spends are allocated by activity, PO/ Invoiced are issued on time and ensure no over/under spend.

     

    1. Coaching and Build competency teamwork
      1. Coaching ABM to build core competency to ensure business delivery
      2. Partnering with all stakeholders - both internal and external with good collaboration

     

    Key Performance Indicators:

       1.  Deliver Market Share, NR and GM targets

    1. Deliver key brand initiatives at target and on time
    2. Deliver NPD/EPD projects aligned with innovation team base on key milestone
    3. Ensure all operations are delivered smoothly

     

    Professional Qualifications:

    • Minimum bachelor degree level in any field - from a recognized university
    • At least 5-years of experience in FMCG and Marketing fields. Preferable candidate with IFCN experiences
    • Strong experience in Overall Brand Communication and Digital experience would be preferred.
