Job Description
Responsibility:
Filing civil lawsuits against debtors and relevant persons; filing difficult cases, criminal lawsuits and successive cases of civil lawsuits of all kinds, which were already ruled on, without capital limitation; filing pleadings in lawsuits for the Bank, the Management and officers; being joint plaintiff with public prosecutors including outsourcing law firms to proceed with the cases in replacement; ensuring that all processes comply with the procedures and are completed within an appropriate period of time, in order to avoid unnecessary overdue cases
- To enable the correctness and speed of civil and criminallawsuits, successive cases of civil and criminal lawsuits which are already judged until the lawsuits are final and enforceable, which will reduce non-performing loan in order to efficiently correspond to the Non-performing Loan (NPL) Management Policy
- To effectively and efficiently enable the pleadingsof the Bank, the Management and officers in order to reduce damage occurred to the Bank, the Management and officers.
- Taking responsibility in legal matters; any mistake can lead to legal action.
- Having comprehension of subject matters of contracts and agreements, which are made by various departments of the Bank; therefore, comprehensive and broad knowledge is necessary.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- At least 4 years’ experience working in Lawsuit or closely related field within banking/financial services, with working knowledge of consumer and commercial banking products.
- Strong understanding of Banking business and operations; juristic acts, mortgage, right registration and contracts.
- Lawyer’s License is required
- Good written and communication of English is mandatory.
