Job Summary

SCB Strategic Investment is a new business unit under Finance Group. Our mandate is focusing, but not limit to, growth capital private equity investment with typically 5-7 years’ investment horizon. We are now looking for investment professional with experience in private equity, investment banking and/or management consulting.

Job Description

• Assist to originate and build up pipeline of potential deals
• Search, gather and verify relevant information and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis i.e. market & transaction comparable and industry information, related regulations and transaction structure
• Develop financial model and verify the assumptions from various sources and Act as the main contact person for counter parties
• Prepare presentations to internal and external stakeholder, Responsible for the preparation of all necessary important documentations i.e. definitive agreements and regulatory documents
• Work with the management of portfolio company to implement business strategy and keep track on the performance 
• Assist in developing business plan and strategy of the department to be updated on timely manner 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 3 years’ working experience in private equity, investment banking and/or management consulting
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
• Result-oriented with positive attitude
