Job Description

Senior Administrative Assistant role is responsible for providing support in all aspects of the Luxury and CB team including office administration and HR administration. You are required to work closely with the Country Head and other stakeholders to provide the support needed to manage the Luxury & CB team agenda. You are also expected to have a good understanding of the workplace protocols and HR policies in order to give advice on the related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for office administration and office safety matter.
  • Provide administrative support or any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Country Head.
  • Support and facilitate day-to-day operation of the Luxury & Consumer Beauty team as necessary.
  • Assist with the Country Head’s business travel arrangements including handling visas, booking air tickets and accommodations.
  • Take on or assist Luxury & Consumer Beauty team with projects (e.g. research, events, producing reports)
  • Assist the Country Head to follow-up of sales figures and be able to develop reports and presentation.
  • Manage accounts and budgets (e.g. filing expense claims on the Country Head’s behalf)
  • Serve as liaison and provide necessary support and advice to stakeholders in interpretation and application of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with the Human Resources team to administer relevant HR process including  but not limited to payroll input, on-boarding, off-boarding, and day-to-day employee queries.

Qualifications::

  • Min. 3 years’ of secretarial and administrative experience in similar role.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales / Marketing administrator or Sales / Marketing support is a plus.
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in Business Administration, HR Management or relevant field as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and related governmental rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Able to work under pressure and to work multiple deadline with a high quality and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English.
  • Interpersonal and team skills with ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel required.
  • Intermediate MS Office application knowledge.
  • A team player with high level of dedication with ‘Win for the Team’ attitude.
