Responsibilities

• Handle for oversea account payable and Inter-company
• Prepare batches of invoices for booking and payment
• Manage the monthly VAT, Withholding Taxes and prepare Tax form reporting to Revenue Department
• Maintain and Review the general ledger and reconciliation  
• Assist with month-end closing and yearly closing
• Other ad hoc assignments as requested by Manager
• Taking care of financial statement with auditor
• Prepare various reports to the financial and accounting managers.
• Responsible for transferring money between accounts according to the period
• Prepare cash flow to the financial and accounting managers.
• Contact window with internal and external customers include BOI.

Skills / Capabilities

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Communication skills in English
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems (would be advantage)
• Willing to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
