Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
- Prepare commission report for business partners and ensure that sponsor commission reports are calculated correctly according to fee structure in product document and business agreement
- Ensure that sponsor commission reports are provided to business partner and settled accurately and within time manners
- Ensure that premium is received properly for commission process
- Support on insurance broker business i.e. Reconcile premium collection, confirm premium and commission fee with insurance partners, transfer premium collected from customer to insurers, Prepare report submitted to OIC.
- Understand business model and sponsor commission structure
- Understand Finance Insurance Operation process and other Finance function as necessary
- Prepare billing to recover the cost and service providing from fronting & business partner and ensure all invoices aren’t overdue of billing
- Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable
- Input relevant journal vouchers with reconciliation accurately
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation for related accounts with proper supporting document
- Deal and provide supporting documentation for auditors
- Representative for Finance to participate and attend the meeting for relevant process
- Establish and implement the control over finance & accounting process
- Liaise and attend internal and external training
- Thinking of the improvement of the day-to-day process (if necessary)
- Ability to communicate effectively both in Oral and Written
- Update technical knowledge
Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Accounting field will be advantage)
- At least 7 years work experience, Insurance Industry is advantage
- Good skill in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Good skill in communication
- Good command of English and Computer
