Role and Responsibility

• Accurate and timely processing of deposit, collection and day to day operation of accounting receivable.
• Responsible for Voucher issuing and record in accounting system
• Responsible for tax receipt issuing
• Ensuring timely and accurate accounting report (AR Aging Report)   
• Reconciling document and record all AR transactions.   
• Maintain Customer master data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Logistics and Customer service team for any concerning with account receivable.
• Assist with other assignments and projects as assigned from time to time

Qualification  

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally experience with MNC.
• Familiar with MS Office and ERP functions. 
• Experience in AX accounting program is preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Detail oriented, self-disciplined and with great integrity and ability to work independently under pressure.
