Division/Department:    Sales Department

Reports To:    Head of Sales

Overall Job Function

Responsible for developing and executing marketing sales strategies and activities to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for the assigned key accounts across agency and direct clients.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for achieving sales, profit and assigned targets.
  • Generates sales leads through personal, professional and external networks.
  • Presents, negotiates and sells Online Media’s products to prospective agency and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers.
  • Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
  • Develop plans to target new customers and Initiate follow-up services to customers.
  • Craft responses to RFPs, proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision making purposes.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and build strong network across the online media industry.
  • To carry out additional task / work as directed by management from time to time.

Specification and Requirement (Eligibility)

  • Advertising experience will be added advantage.
  • Experience in advertising/media, strategic marketing and/or consulting is strongly preferred.
  • Must be customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling web solutions in a highly competitive environment is ideal.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education.
  • 1 year working experience in similar capacity in an advertising environment with proven track record in over-achieving quota.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Internet concepts and able to discuss them with conviction.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Be able work under high pressure.
