ลักษณะงาน :ทำงานกะ
หยุด 2 วันต่อสัปดาห์
รายละเอียดงาน
- ดูแลข้อมูลและMonitor ผ่านโปรแกรมบนหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์และทำการรายงานปัญหาใดๆทันที เมื่อพบความผิดปกติของระบบ
- สามารถให้คำแนะนำหรือแก้ไขระบบเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้าในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาได้
- รับแจ้งปัญหาต่างๆทาง อีเมล์ โทรศัพท์ Ticket System
- ประสานงานติดต่อกับฝ่ายเทคนิค และฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอที (พิจารณารับเด็กจบใหม่)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมC#,Python ,หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านNetwork Security จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้าน computer network, infrastructure, security หรือ สายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความรู้และทักษะเชี่ยวชาญในงาน Computer Network : IP internetworking, LAN Switching, IP Routing Protocals (IGRP, OSPF,BGP)จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Service Mind ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี เข้ากับคนอื่นได้ง่าย
- สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์- อาทิตย์และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
