Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents prepared for the executive’s signature.
- Accompany Executive Officer for supporting the business trip.(Overnight business trip inclusive)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in related field
- Ability to determine work priorities
- Knowledge of scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
- Has experience in Financial institutions business will be advantage
- Handle confidential documents with honest and trustworthy, and ensuring they remain secure
- Good communication skills in English
