Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese MD *including GA, Accounting tasks
  • JP-TH Interpretation and translation required for meetings
  • Support MD to give consulting to Japanese company which have plan to expand business in Thailand 
  • Support Business matching between Japanese and local company
  • Attend meeting in client's office
  • Organize and coordinate meeting, conference and visitor both local and regional
  • Gathering market information for new set-up JP clients
  • Business trip with JP MD, JP from Japan HQ
  • Making sales, market reports for JP MD, JP HQ, clients
  • Other tasks will be assigned by MD

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

  • Thai nationality, Male, Female 25-30  years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience of dealing with client in consulting firm
  • Business level of Japanese(N2 UP)
  • Able to do administrative task
  • Conversational high level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>     

  • working experience as secretary or admin
  • Working experience as consultant in consulting firm

Languages skills

English:Conversational Level

Japanese: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Chong nonsi, Bangkok

Working Hour: 8:40-17:40(Mon-Fri(sat:none))
