Working as a Administrative Officer, you will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Your work responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Perform general administrative support and day to day operations;
  • Responsible for preparing and organizing general documents (PO/PR requests, company letter, etc.), and filing system or database;
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure all activities are well managed;
  • Assist the supervisor in administrative and any tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • A few years of experience in administration and/or secretarial Support.
  • Bachelor degree in related field; Business Administration, Customer services or other related
  • Skills in taking minutes of meeting
  • Ability to communicate in English is preferred
  • Good command of Microsoft programs, especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
